No account required
You can use the planner without creating an account. The site has no account system, email sign-up, payment flow or contact form.
Browser-stored shortlist
Saved selections stay in local storage on the browser and device where you saved them. They are not synchronized to an account. You can remove saved items in the planner or clear this site’s browser storage. Private browsing or restricted storage may prevent saving.
Shareable search settings
Planner criteria can appear in the page URL. Anyone you share that URL with can see those settings. Opening or reloading a filter URL sends the URL to the hosting service, where its query settings may appear in ordinary request logs. Search URLs are also kept in your browser history. Avoid putting sensitive information in a URL.
Hosting and external links
The site is hosted on a virtual server managed through Coolify. The hosting infrastructure processes IP addresses and request information to deliver pages and diagnose faults. Routine access logging is disabled in Campmere’s web container; limited diagnostic logs may include request details and rotate at 5 MB per file, with at most two files. Infrastructure providers may process their own operational logs under their policies. Campmere does not run analytics, advertising pixels or advertising scripts. Fonts and interface assets are served with the site.
Official campground and campsite links open third-party services with their own privacy practices. Campmere does not control those services.
Email and privacy questions
For privacy questions, email hello@campmere.com. Email links open your email application; they do not submit a form through the planner. Messages to this address are forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to the site operator’s inbox. Your address and message content are handled by Cloudflare and the receiving email provider. Include only what is needed for your question, and do not send payment details, passwords or other sensitive information.
